• 13^th October: by road from Kathmandu to Jiri
• 14^th October: trekked from Jiri to Bhander
• 15^th October: trekked from Bhander to Sete
• 16^th October: trekked from Sete to Junbesi
• 17^th October: trekked from Junbesi to Nuntala
• 18^th October: trekked from Nuntala to Khari Khola
• 19^th October: trekked from Khari Khola to Puiyan
• 20^th October: trekked from Puiyan to Phakding
• 21^st October: trekked from Phakding to Namche Bazar
• 22^nd October: explored Namche Bazar
• 23^rd October: trekked from Namche Bazar to Deboche
• 24^th October: trekked from Deboche to Dingboche

• 31^st October: explored Namche Bazar (Market Day)

• 3^rd November: flew from Lukla to Kathmandu
• 4^th November: explored Kathmandu
• 5^th November: rafting on the Bhote Khosi
• 6^th November: rafting on the Bhote Khosi
• 7^th November: flew from Kathmandu to Moscow
• 7^th November: flew from Moscow to Heathrow

Activity Summary

• For our party of 'old-timers' we had seventeen days trekking, two days river rafting, five days sightseeing, exploring and relaxing, one day on the road, and five days flying.
• The 12 younger more-energetic members of our RAFMA party topped out on Ama Dablam, 6,812 metres, instead.
